Effective 1 September 2026. This policy covers the website and the registration, exhibiting and sponsorship enquiries made through it.
Who we are
The Autism & SEN Show Africa is organised by REYO Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation registered in Ghana and the United Kingdom. This policy explains how we handle personal information you share with us through this website.
Information we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation (if given), the type of enquiry, and your message. We will only use this to reply to your enquiry. If you tick the consent box, we may also send you event updates — we will not add you to any mailing list without asking.
We use a single essential cookie (stored in your browser's local storage) to remember that you have dismissed our cookie notice. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Registration via our contact form
Registration is free and handled directly through our contact form. The information you submit is used only to confirm your place and send event updates — we do not share it with a third-party ticketing provider.
Who we share information with
Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, our website hosting provider, solely to deliver your message to our team. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete them.
Your rights
Under the Ghana Data Protection Act and UK data protection law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent to being contacted at any time. Contact us using the details below to exercise any of these rights.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
